Currently, we are five Swedish families that own and operate this house on a "time-share" basis. Yet given the size of the house, we feel that we have room for additional three members. If you are looking to co-own a beach along the coast of the beautiful Island of Brac, this will be your one in a life-time opportunity to fulfill your dreams.

The beach house is located on the beautiful Island of Brac in the Adriatic Sea. From the house you can enjoy a 900 meter walk, surrounded by spectacular marine life, to Brac's second largest town, Milna. In addition to the Island's own airport, there is also a shuttle ferry between the International airport of Split and the Island.
